Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., a link to your original work or clear description of the materials allegedly being infringed).
3. Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on our website.
4. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter Notice

If you believe that material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was mistakenly taken down, you may send a written counter notice to info@theunseenmove.com that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction in the courts of the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
